Hair Skin Food came to life not once, but twice. I had the privilege of supporting the founder through a complete identity transition — emotionally, energetically, and strategically.
We began our 90-day mentorship container focused on refining her coaching business. At the time, she was feeling depleted, overwhelmed, and disconnected from her body and business. Her words were clear:
“I’m tired. I’m losing hair. I’m stressed. I can’t get pregnant. And I’m exhausted from constantly convincing people to work with me.”

We re-engineered her brand from dormant to in-demand; with a look and feel that commands buyer trust at first glance. We rebuilt the structure of her business from the inside out. I redesigned her entire offer suite, reworked her pricing, refined her sales structure, and helped her embody the confidence to enroll high-ticket clients with ease, which she did, receiving her first full payments shortly after our foundational brand and aesthetic upgrade.
I led the redesign of her coaching brand’s social media presence, aligning her visuals with her voice and repositioning her as the powerful guide she truly is. I reviewed her Kajabi platform end-to-end — her course delivery, user experience, and messaging; and provided clear, strategic direction to bring all of it into alignment.
Her content, positioning, and visuals were recalibrated to support a business that honored both her zone of genius and her energetic blueprint.
As a Projector in Human Design, we took time to redesign her weekly schedule, workflow, and client model to preserve her energy while amplifying results. We explored her gifts, integrated affirmations for hypnosis, and clarified her full offer ecosystem.
Halfway through the mentorship, she experienced a pivotal pause. After deep reflection, she returned with clarity; she was ready to step away from coaching and return to the e-commerce business she had walked away from two years earlier. Hair Skin Food.
What followed was a full brand rebirth. We sourced a Shopify template and I personally customized the entire build.
I wrote all the website copy, set up the navigation, placed the imagery, created the terms and conditions pages, about page, and product descriptions. The brand visuals were completely reimagined. I created her logo, brand color palette, social media templates, and overall aesthetic direction.
We launched her new website with a full strategic rollout: I designed her abandoned cart sequences, welcome series, returning customer flows, and email marketing automations; none of which she had in place before. I personally wrote and scheduled her launch campaign emails, delivering them to her audience and generating real-time sales.
We also secured international PR coverage for Hair Skin Food, placing her business and relaunch story on credible media platforms affiliated with major U.S. publications. This boosted her SEO and positioned her as a trusted product-based brand.
The result?
She sold out her inventory: twice. Her email list converted. Her brand came back to life. And two weeks before the end of our container, she messaged me with news: she was pregnant.
She started our work overwhelmed, disempowered, and in physical distress. She ended it with a business reborn, peace in her nervous system, and life growing inside her.

The original website was outdated, unbranded, and lacked foundational strategy. We reimagined absolutely everything: from product positioning to copywriting to email automation; transforming a disconnected storefront into a refined, high-converting brand presence.
Coaching Social Media:
Her socials lacked luxury and cohesion, misrepresenting the quality of her brand. She was only using Instagram with low traction. We elevated her entire visual identity, relaunched with luxe-coded assets, and reactivated her TikTok presence for broader reach and alignment.

Expanded Visibility Strategy:
We encouraged her return to TikTok after a long hiatus — one viral post later, sales spiked, and momentum returned.
The client had previously abandoned her TikTok presence due to account closure and discouragement. I guided her back into the platform with a refreshed strategy tailored to her new product-based direction. This allowed her to diversify beyond Instagram, increase visibility, and tap into new organic traffic channels during the relaunch.
While I engineered the brand identity to reflect a luxury, high-converting product experience, the client chose not to maintain the premium aesthetic across social platforms after handover. As seen on her TikTok and Instagram, the visual direction diverged from the original elevated look we developed.
However, the foundational work; including her website copy, automated email ecosystem, and launch messaging — continued to support visibility and conversions, with several videos hitting 6-figure view counts on TikTok.
This highlights a key truth in branding: Even the strongest strategy requires consistency and commitment to visual execution. I stand behind the strategy, buildout, and guidance I provided; and always make it clear to clients that luxury isn’t just design. It’s discipline.
